Aquaterra Publishing aims to sell Nigel Hicks's photographic greetings cards, calendars, prints and books. When you place an order with us this is your request to be supplied with these products. We will confirm your order by e-mail, and will endeavour to despatch your item(s) as soon as possible after we have received your payment in full. If any item(s) is not in stock we will inform you of this and will try to let you know when we expect to be able to supply it. If your order consists of some items that are in stock and others that are not, those that are in stock will be sent as soon as possible, and the others as soon as they become available. You will be charged only for the first postage.
Greetings cards are supplied with envelopes. Unmounted prints will be delivered to you rolled up in a protective tube.
Please note that payment is by PayPal only, to which you will be automatically directed when paying for your order. You do not need to have an account with PayPal to make this payment, but you will need a valid credit or debit card.
Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice.
Although extremely unlikely, we do reserve the right to refuse to supply any customer for any reason if we deem it necessary. If such a decision is made, any payments already received by us will be refunded to that customer.
If you do find yourself in a dispute with us about either a purchase or a payment, we will always do our utmost to ensure that it’s possible to resolve that dispute together amicably and informally. However, in the unlikely event that you feel unable to get a satisfactory resolution then you can take your case to the European Union’s Online Dispute Resolution service.
